We are looking for a hard charging sales leader to be our Branch Manager for our fast growing facility in Memphis. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the southeastern US compressed air market. Obviously previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.

• Primary Responsibilities:

• The selected candidate will: + Supervise all branch; sales, administrative and service personnel.

+ Help to develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch. + Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch. + Supervise the organization to ensure its adherence to Kaeser’s operational guidelines. + Assist all other Kaeser departments in our organization to maintain a clear and customer focus experience for all.

• Required Qualifications:

• The successful candidate’s background will include: + HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred) + 3-5 years’ management experience, preferably in the
• compressed air industry
• or •industrial/manufacturing environment•.

+ The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business + Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff. + Clean driving record (required) + Computer skills (required) + SAP experience A PLUS!
