Job Description

Trillium has an immediate opening for Branch Sales Manager in Memphis, TN! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment! This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a sales leader to oversee a fast growing branch in Memphis. If you have experience in sales management or industrial sales, we want to hear from you today!

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all branch sales, service, and operations
  • Develop plans for future branch growth
  • Have responsibility for branch profit and loss
  • Work out of the office in Memphis as the home base, plus travel with the sales team within the branch territory as needed.

(Average 50% travel within Western Tennessee, Arkansas, Northern Louisiana, and Mississippi)

Compensation:
  • $55-65,000 base salary + commission + bonus
  • Commission averages $55-65,000+ the first year
  • Annual bonus averages $14-16,000
  • Total annual compensation (base, commission, and bonus) expected between $120-150,000

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of management experience with a focus in sales and sales management
  • Previous industrial/manufacturing/capital equipment industry experience
  • Demonstrated leader ship ability
  • SAP experience is a plus
