Responsibilities Responsible for the development of current and new consumer and business relationships. Manage service levels of a bank facility, ensuring the branch meets financial, service, and growth plans. The manager ensures excellent service through selecting sales minded staff, coaching and appropriate counseling of employees. Qualifications (1) A bachelor’s degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree). Three to five years of similar or related experience. Courtesy, customer service, and tact are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation. Must have good communication skills. Working knowledge of Windows computers and 10-key calculator; must be accurate with numbers and names. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or less in order to properly serve customers if required.
