Disaster Restoration Project Management, Leadership Position Overview
The Branch Manager/Project Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the small branch, ensuring efficient project management and high-quality service delivery of disaster restoration services. The role involves leading a team, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Assist in the management and oversight of all branch operations including project management, staff supervision, and customer service.
Lead and coordinate disaster restoration projects from initiation to completion.
Utilize Xactimate for estimating projects and managing budgets effectively.
Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and best practices in all projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide leadership and training to staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Monitor project progress and implement improvements as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in disaster restoration.
Strong knowledge of mitigation project management.
Proficient in using Xactimate for estimating.
IICRC Certification is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and staff management skills.
Experience with program work, Alactrity and Contractor Connection is preferred.
Familiarity with MICA and DocuSketch is a plus. Benefits Base Salary ($70K•80K)
