Responsibilities:
Review, approve, and email settlement reports to suppliers. File settlements once approved and emailed. Maintain up-to-date calendar spots as settlements and sales invoices are emailed out. Review, approve, and email sales invoices. 3-way match bills, purchase orders, and receiving reports and send out to the correct department for approval. Post bills once approved. Reconcile credit card statement and maintain spreadsheet of credit card purchases based on department monthly. Communicate with vendors on payment statuses and invoice inquiries.
Qualifications:
