Duties & Responsibilities:
Process accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform daily financial transactions including verifying, computing, and recording accounts receivable data Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, or other irregularities Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure payments are accounted for and properly posted Follow an already established recovery system Follow up on outstanding receivables and make collection calls as necessary Research and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and payment arrangements
Skills & Requirements:
1-3 years accounts receivable experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Various software skills (Excel, Microsoft, Query Report Writer) Ability to multitask efficiently Bank automated clearing house experience Detail oriented Aptitude for numbers Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees and management Satisfactory completion of background check and drug screen as determined by the company
