Impact:

Act as a trusted HR partner within the assigned product line leadership teams. Drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Support leadership development through coaching for managers and employees. Promote diversity in hiring, promotion, and employee development. Advise on strategies to build an environment that fosters team and individual success. Partner with leadership on talent development and performance management. Identify and lead change management initiatives. Provide counsel to managers and employees in line with company policies. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment and compliance with policies. Lead or participate in HR projects focused on standardization and continuous improvement. Work with stakeholders to address escalated HR questions and issues.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree (preferred). SHRM or HRCI certification (preferred). 5+ years of HR experience, including working with teams in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to influence leadership and collaborate with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt and work in a complex, fast-paced environment #IND1
