Schedule:
1st Shift | Monday•Friday | 8:00 AM•5:00 PM As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll be a vital part of the financial team, supporting day-to-day operations within the distribution center. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions and records.
Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, billing statements, and payment schedules
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including customer collections and follow-ups on outstanding balances
Maintain accurate financial data in accounting software
Organize and file financial documents including invoices and receipts
Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Perform account reconciliations and support general accounting tasks
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in accounting, A/R, A/P, general ledger, or data entry (distribution or logistics experience a plus)
Proficient in accounting software with strong Excel skills
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent time management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
