Compensation:

$20-24/hr, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manually adjusting accounts and applying payments to eliminate balances after invoices are sent. Setting up new accounts, sending letters, and tracking job progress for customers. Working with a team of Credit Reps to manage over 50,000 active accounts. Navigating ERP software to ensure accurate account tracking. Considered:

2+ years of consistent Accounting Support/AR experience. Comfortable managing high volumes of accounts and manual adjustments. Tech-savvy, with a knack for digging into ERP systems for data retrieval. Previous experience supporting a Credit team is a plus.
