DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process accounts payable, which includes the review, coding of vendor invoices, and collect monthly data regarding credit card charges, match to statements, and maintain accounts payable files. Process accounts receivable, which includes the creating client invoices accurately for work to date and reimbursement of expenses paid on their behalf. Regular communication by phone and email with Engineers and Clients Assist with various other projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Experience working in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Firm. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and / or other accounting programs; Sage software is a plus.
