Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join one of our client’s team and ensure smooth financial operations.
IN OFFICE
– $50,000 – $60,000
Key Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions with accuracy. Review and approve invoices and employee expense reports. Execute weekly check runs and vendor payment management. Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with financial policies. Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting. Prepare and file 1099s in accordance with IRS guidelines. Support new system rollouts and provide training to peers.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Min. 3 years in accounts payable or related finance role.
Education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 300, SAP Concur, or similar). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, basic macros). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
