Benefits & Extras Work for a company experiencing significant growth with long-term stability Supportive and collaborative accounting team environment Be part of exciting, high-profile construction projects across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Compensation $52,000-$62,000 depending on experience What You’ll Be Doing Process a high volume of weekly accounts payable invoices (500-1000+ and growing) Review, code, and enter vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements Assist with payment runs and check processing Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries Collaborate closely with the AP team and project managers Support month-end closing processes as needed What You’ll Need to be Considered Be able to do the job as described Experience with construction accounting or project-based AP workflows Familiarity with ViewPoint (Vista) software preferred Comfortable working in Excel to manage and review large datasets Proven ability to manage high-volume AP processing with accuracy Willingness to work full-time on-site in a team-oriented office Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check How To Apply
