Contract-to-Hire Join our client’s dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and become an integral part of a growing operation! As the right-hand person to the Accounts Receivable Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in collections, reporting, and special projects that are vital to the company’s success.

Compensation:

$20-24/hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Processing daily deposits, including ACHs, wires, and checks, ensuring accurate postings.
Managing accounts receivable aging to maintain timely collection of invoices.
Contacting customers to resolve payment discrepancies and expedite collections.
Maintaining accurate records of all customer communications.
Researching account issues and recommending resolutions to complex assignments.
Working within third-party payment portals to ensure timely invoice submissions. What You’ll Need to

Be Considered:

Specialized experience as an AR Specialist (not general accounting).
Proficiency in Excel; Oracle knowledge is a big plus.
Adaptability to handle both clerical tasks and strategic projects.
Dependability to serve as the right-hand support for the AR Manager.
