Payment Reconciliation Specialist – Contract-to-Hire (12 months)
Our client is seeking a Payment Reconciliation Specialist to join its collaborative Finance team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and enjoys solving financial discrepancies with precision and independence.

Compensation:

$20/hr
What you’ll be doing: Reconciling incoming payments with AR records
Investigating and resolving discrepancies (e.g., over/underpayments, pricing issues)
Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, AR, etc.) to resolve issues
Maintaining accurate, organized records of payment activity
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in reconciliation processes
Preparing reconciliation reports for management
Serving as backup support for other team members during absences or project surges What you’ll need to be considered: 1+ years of AR, payment reconciliation, or accounting support experience (high volume)
Strong attention to detail and self-motivation—no micromanagement here!
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel and comfortable navigating data
