Accounts Receivable Coordinator 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Opelika, AL 36801 The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for compiling and maintaining accounts receivable records.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from retail customers and assist them with billing inquiries, reconciling statements, and general questions Perform outgoing calls to past-due customers to request payment Document contact with customer Assist employees (sales representatives) with electronic invoices, including trouble-shooting issues, making corrections, and working with I.T. to resolve issues Mail out monthly statements to customers Update existing customer profiles/Setup new customer profiles Reconcile customer accounts, including monthly excel reconciliation for larger retails Communicate with managers to resolve invoicing issues Assist with daily customer deposits Other duties as assigned by the
Accounts Receivable Supervisor Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient with MS Office and strong capabilities with Excel and Adobe Acrobat Ability to communicate effectively Excellent Data Entry Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Effective customer service skills
Education and Experience:
