Skills and Requirements BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a four-year college or university preferred. 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry or setting Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
