We believe that our people are what makes us great and strive to offer our employees opportunities for advancement. A.Duties & Responsibilities Accounts Payable Responsibilities 1. Prepare all vendor invoices for payment on a daily basis. Match each invoice to a packing slip and a purchase order/requisition including matching to receiving in PLEX. 2. Prepare raw material invoices by attaching packing slip and ensure it is entered in PLEX. Monitor purchase price variance account for any unusual variances and follow up to resolve. Analyze issues to determine root cause and suggest solutions for problems encountered. 3. Report unusual variances to CFO or designate. 4. Ensure correct backup is attached to cheque. Distribute to CFO. 5. Maintain vendor addresses. Accounts Receivable Responsibilities 1. Perform trade invoicing on a daily basis. Identify pricing discrepancies and report to CFO and create Tooling and miscellaneous invoices as required. 2. Notify CFO or designate upon receipt of Customer debit notes. Process Customer debit notes related to returned goods and scrapped items for approval. Match to respective return authorization form, if available, and forward to Quality Manager for approval. Issue credit notes upon approval where necessary. 3. Create bank deposits. Apply payments in PLEX and print accounts receivable aging report on a monthly basis and distribute to CFO. 4. Perform accounts receivable collections. Identify possible accounts receivable problems. Work with respective sales or engineering personnel on any pricing discrepancies. Work with shipping and customer service on any shipping errors. Send proof of delivery to customer if required. Report problems to the CFO or designate. 5. Update and maintain spreadsheets related to AIR 6. Perform other related duties as requested by the CFO or designate. B.Minimum Qualifications 1. High School education, but preferably post-secondary school education and enrolled in a designated accounting program. 2. One to two years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector. 3. Excel spreadsheet experience. C.Required Skills 1. Computer literate.

Word, Excel, PLEX, Outlook. 2. Good oral and written communication skills. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Good problem solving skills. 5. Ability to interact effectively with employees. 6. Ability to deal with customers over the telephone. 7. Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting policies and procedures. 8. Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures related to job function. 9.
