Years of Experience Experience performing accounts payable functions for a US Government contractor in Costpoint Strong communication skills Knowledge of basic accounting principles

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other accounting departments Experience with Accounts Payable functions Attention to detail and time management skills to process transactions timely and accurately

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process accounts payable invoices in Costpoint timely and accurately, including verifying general ledger account codes. Assist in analyzing and preparing reconciliations of system reports to account balances Setup and maintain records/files for all payables, including 1099 vendors. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors. Assist in payment processing as needed Assist in supporting the annual financial statement audit process performed by the external independent auditors. Cross train in processing employees expense reports Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager.
