Full Job Description Position Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in our day-to-day operations and supports the overall financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and send invoices to customers Track incoming payments and record transactions accurately Follow up with clients on past-due accounts Reconcile accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies Work closely with the sales and operations teams to verify job completion and billing accuracy Maintain organized records of all receivable’s activity Provide excellent customer service in all communications

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting Proficiency with accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

$17.00 – $19.00 per hour
