The Opportunity:
We’re actively seeking a Billing and AP Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting the accuracy and efficiency of our billing and accounts payable operations across the firm.
As part of our internal Accounting and Operations team, you’ll work closely with Partners and Managers to prepare and review billing drafts, reconcile credit card charges, and process vendor payments-while also helping streamline and improve our processes over time.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare billing drafts based on guide notes from Partners and Managers
Communicate with leadership to clarify invoice details and finalize billing
Review drafts for accuracy (client information, formatting, spelling, dates, calculations)
Maintain and update billing notes in Practice Engine (PE), ensuring notes are accurate, dated, and clearly categorized
Ensure up-to-date address data in PE and remove outdated or incorrect entries
Assist in reconciling Ramp credit card transactions and processing weekly AP payments via Bill
Support billing note audits by reviewing CBS Reports during low billing periods
Participate in ongoing team development and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Proactive mindset and exceptional time management skills to ensure meeting internal deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in billing, AP, or a similar administrative role is a plus
Familiarity with billing software (especially Practice Engine) is preferred
Eagerness to learn and grow into greater decision-making responsibilities
