Full-time Bookkeeper:
Responsibilities Include:
Full service payroll processing including payroll tax payments and returns Daily, weekly, monthly bookkeeping duties for clients such as reconciling bank accounts, entering transactions into an accounting software, monthly closing of books. Maintain a good working relationship with clients, and work with client management Follow direction from management and perform tasks in a timely manner Assist clients with accounting questions and guidance when needed while maintaining quality client relationships Proficiency with all aspects of QuickBooks Desktop features and functions Proficiency with Microsoft Excel used as an analysis tool A/R Collections Some Human Resource duties
Qualifications:
• QuickBooks experience is required• Team player, with the ability to multi-task, as well as flexible and can work under pressure. Self-starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to maintain quality client relationships as well as co-worker relationships
