The role is anticipated to be a 28-hour/week position, with some flexibility on schedule during 8am-5pm M-F work hours.
Duties include:
Review, code and process invoices Process and distribute checks Handle inquirie from vendors Audit employee expense reports Prepare multi-state sales/use tax returns Gather, prepare and distribute tax forms (W-9, 1099, etc.) Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts Requirements include: B.S. in accounting or related field Experience or training in the duties listed above Ability to multi-task
