This position will be responsible for processing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls using Costpoint Time & Expense, Costpoint Payroll and Paycor. Job Responsibilities Process payroll using Costpoint Time & Expense, Costpoint Payroll and Paycor Uploading electronic timesheets and in some cases data entry into the electronic timekeeping system Interface with Managers/Employees concerning timesheet errors and corrections Insure that payroll balances through all systems Upload 401(k) deferrals to 401(k) provider each pay day Set up state tax accounts as required Provide labor/payroll reports as required Assist with accounting audits as required Provide information for DOL audits as required Function as the go between for Paycor and States/Federal with tax issues Maintain detailed payroll files Perform filing and general administrative tasks as required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required/Preferred Experience with Costpoint Time and Expense Experience with Costpoint Payroll Experience with Paycor Experience with SCA/CBA employees Experience with multi-state payroll Proficiency with Microsoft Office/specifically Excel Proficiency with 10 key calculator Attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner Able to meet deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical skills Willingness to train and assist with payroll associated questions Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements

Pay Range:

$20.00-$24.00 hourly Job Requirements High school diploma or GED Five years of payroll experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with Costpoint Time & Expense Experience with Costpoint Payroll Experience with Paycor Experience with Government Contracting (Bargaining Units and Service Contract Act employees) Physical Requirements The physical demands described herein are representative of those which must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Employees must possess the ability to work in an office environment. Employees must possess the ability to work in a standard office or conference room setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer. To visit other company sites, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, both of which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time. Employees must possess vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required. This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
