Position Summary

• Accounts ReceivableSpecialist We’re currently seeking an Accounts ReceivableSpecialist to support our finance team.

In this role, you’ll focuson managing receivables, communicating with customers regardingoverdue accounts, and supporting resolution efforts throughresearch and problem-solving. This is a customer service-orientedposition that plays a key role in maintaining positive customerrelationships and ensuring timely collections. The role reportsdirectly to the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for the collections process,including tracking account status and identifying delinquentaccounts for credit or collection action. Assist with resolvingissues related to past-due invoices and account discrepancies.

Prepare aging reports and compile credit/reference information asneeded. Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with externalcollection resources as necessary. Follow up with customers throughcalls or emails to facilitate payment resolution. Collaborate withinternal departments and sales representatives to support accountmanagement. Take on additional projects and responsibilities asneeded to support departmental goals.

Qualifications:

Associate’sdegree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school,or 6 months to 1 year of related experience/training, or anequivalent combination of education and experience. 4-5 years ofrelevant experience in accounts receivable or collections. Strongproficiency in Microsoft Excel (required), with working knowledgeof Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Basic understanding of accountingprinciples and processes. Interested in hearing more?
