Schedule:

M-F, 8am-1pm We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth processing of payments. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter invoices into the accounting system. Issue payments to vendors and ensure timely processing of transactions. Maintain and track purchase orders to ensure alignment with invoices and payments. Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as needed. Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable activities.

Qualifications:

2 years of Accounts Payable experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred. Familiarity with Sage 300CRE is a plus, but not required; training will be provided as needed. Proficiency in basic computer skills and accounting software is desirable.
