The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring that our accounts are reconciled efficiently. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Duties Process and record customer payments accurately and promptly. Perform account reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accounted for. Manage customer inquiries regarding billing and payment status, providing excellent customer service. Prepare journal entries related to accounts receivable transactions. Conduct credit analysis on new and existing customers to assess risk levels. Assist in corporate accounting tasks as needed, including account analysis. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Experience Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in account reconciliation processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
