As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance and accounting team. This role is critical to keeping our billing and collections processes running smoothly while supporting our customers and internal teams with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Generate and send invoices and customer account statements Maintain AR aging reports and manage collections efforts on past-due accounts Manage incoming customer communications via our AR phone line and email Payment Processing Receive and apply check and electronic payments Create and record deposit slips for bank deposits Maintain and update customer ACH payment information Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for invoicing and payment questions Coordinate with internal staff to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing

What We’re Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting functions Experience using accounting or bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Why Join Mr. Pool?
