We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience as a medical or dental receptionist, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
  • Transcribe and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and emails
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Skills:
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
