Health (100% employee premiums paid), dental, 401K with 4.5% match, PTO As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you will support the accounting team by processing vendor invoices, managing AP data, supporting tax filings, and helping modernize and document financial processes. Our client is looking for someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-moving environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Management and Entry

• Process and record fuel invoices, ensuring timely and accurate data entry for financial transactions. Communication and Coordination
• Communicating with vendors to resolve invoice and payment issues. Manage shared email folders with draft notices and customer requests. Financial and Tax Support
• Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly state and local gasoline taxes. Support accounting tasks with month end reconciliations and AP aging reports Process Improvement
• Help document, improve and standardize AP and billing workflows Document and refine procedures for internal use and training. Technology and Innovation
• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for efficient data management and reporting.

o Explore and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree a plus) 1+ years’ experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel Experience using macOS Comfort with AI tools and openness to tech innovation Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through New to Boulo?
