Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an AP/CP Pathologist to join our esteemed laboratory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert diagnostic services in general surgical pathology.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in diagnostic reporting.
Requirements:
Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, with subspecialty training in surgical pathology.
Experience in gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology is a plus, as well as any fellowships in surgical pathology or cytology.
A fellowship in gastrointestinal pathology is preferred.
Medical degree and eligibility for a medical license in the State of Alabama.
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic focused on teamwork.
