The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure prompt collection of outstanding invoices. Communicate with customers regarding payment discrepancies and resolve issues as they arise. Work closely with sales team to ensure billing accuracy. Skills Solid grasp of financial concepts relevant to accounts receivable management. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
