Job Description
Are you a detail-driven, organized professional with a passion for numbers and process? We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Bookkeeper to join our client’s accounting team! In this role, you’ll manage a variety of financial tasks-from accounts payable and receivable to payroll support and financial reporting-across multiple entities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love contributing to a team’s success, we want to hear from you.

Schedule:

Part time, 9am – 2pm, Monday – Friday

Pay:

$19/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, code, and manage vendor invoices and client accounts
Handle full-cycle accounts payable and receivable
Perform account management and monthly reconciliations
Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining general ledgers
Support payroll processing, employee onboarding, and HR documentation
Manage client invoicing, deposits, and project entries
Help with inventory data entry and administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with tax and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

Must have AP/AR and reconciliation experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
1-3 years of general accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual vs. cash basis, and financial reporting
Experience with QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
A high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and critical thinking
