Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and finance related field experience or Bookkeeper experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial records for our motor company and transactions of our organization. Ideal candidate would be able to work independently and with a team and ensure all tasks are completed by due dates. Duties

• Underwriting auto loans
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Utilize accounting software, Quickbooks, for bookkeeping tasks
• Daily Deposit Reports
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions
• Data entry of invoices for parts and repair work
• Data entry to spreadsheets for reports to Controller
• Manage monthly billing statements
• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable
• Manage licensing and insurance
• Provide guidance and support to other departments as needed Requirements
• Proven experience as Bookkeeper, financial field, or similar role
• Proficiency in Quick books or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding basics of financial report writing and analysis
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations and record journal entries accurately
• Experience in budgeting processes and accounts receivable management Pay Beginning day one outside of training period, goals are set for learning and raises/bonus are established once each goal is achieved.

Will be discussed on hiring. More experience will result in higher pay. Monthly goal results in bonus after completion of all training. Training could take 2-6 months depending on learning pace. Days Per Week Monday-Friday 9 am

• 6 pm.

Mondays off if Saturday worked, every other Saturday is a requirement.
