Description Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department. Verifies accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records. Updates and maintains accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions. Heavy on Data Entry (prepares a variety of reports. , reconciles records, etc… Investigates questionable data. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Posts vendor invoices via PNC invoice automation process
• Perform three-way match for vendor invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
• Manage expense reimbursements
• Generate weekly vendor payment runs
• Reviews vendor statements, makes phone calls and reconciles discrepancies.
• File paid and unpaid invoices and statements
• Balance Accounts Payable subledger to GL
• Calculate and file monthly sale tax returns
• Other various duties as needed or assigned
• Adhere to company policies and procedures Additional Skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable of MS office suite
• Ability to organize and prioritize work; meet deadlines
• Detailed oriented
• Good with basic math
• Able to work in team environment
