Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk Wilson Enterprises 518 Ouachita Avenue, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Duties Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing. Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records. Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions. Skills Proficiency in accounting/construction software (Sage, Redteam) is highly desirable. Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of account reconciliation processes and best practices. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and other departments. Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
