The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, and accounts payable functions ensuring that align with our company’s goals and objectives. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of procurement process, accounts payable, and the ability to manage relationships effectively. Responsibilities Follow procurement strategies that align with company objectives. Generate purchase orders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support purchasing process Organize and establish supply levels for consumable supplies Assist in the preparation of accounts payable reports and reconciliations. Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable. Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal departments. Qualifications Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
