Accounts Receivable Clerk CFSS Little Rock, AR 72210 A West Little Rock office is needing an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm OR 8:00am-5:00pm Pay is $18.00 – $20.00 an hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Duties Process and record all incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner. Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues related to billing and payments. Balances and post daily cash, credit card, and check deposits Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring all entries are supported by appropriate documentation. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. Excellent 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is an advantage.
