Although licensingisn’t required for the role, Schwab will support you to becomelicensed in the Series 7 and 63/66 if that is in line with yourcareer goals. RequiredQualifications:

• 1 years of Client/Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in FinancialServices/Wealth Management and/or closely related industry.
• Whilelicensing is preferred, it is not required for this role, CharlesSchwab will support employees in this role in obtaining and/orholding the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses
• Ability to handle clientneeds with tact and diplomacy
• Outstanding written and oralcommunication skills
• Experience working independently andeffectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks andresponsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to build and maintaingood cross-enterprise working relationships
• Basic understandingof brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts
• May be asked to become a Notary
