In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, and delivering meaningful insights through financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in Quickbooks online and Quickbooks Desktop Perform account reconciliations for clients in various industries Maintain organized records and documentation for all financial transactions Organize Banking and credit card records for various clients Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred) Proficient in accounting software, especially Quickbooks (preferred) Strong analytical and reconciliation skills High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for client communications Able to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
