Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Direct Hire We’re hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge for a growing home infusion pharmacy in Arkansas (relocation assistance available). This is a full-time leadership role ideal for an experienced infusion pharmacist looking to take ownership of clinical and operational processes in a dynamic, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of pharmacists, technicians, and clinical staff Oversee daily operations, compliance, workflow, and patient care Guide clinical dosing, TPN, and IV therapies Support accreditation, billing compliance, and staff development Collaborate with intake, billing, and nursing leadership
What We’re Looking For:
Active (or eligible) Arkansas Pharmacist License 2+ years of home infusion experience 2+ years of pharmacy management experience Prior PIC experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of
CPR+, USP
