MUST SIT AT PINE BLUFF. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
- This position is responsible for new Team Member orientation, includingTyson policies and procedures.
Additionally, this role will facilitatelearning courses, provide support during the delivery of leadershipdevelopment courses and skills training for plant Team Members, collectsurveys to gather feedback, and propose improvement ideas. The incumbentwill interact regularly with HR, Operations, Onboarding, Safety, FSOA aswell as other management, management support and hourly Team Members.

Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct and continuously improve the classroom learning experience for Team Members
- Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner and submitted correctly
- Identify language barriers and assess the need for interpreters to ensure clarity and effective communication during learning sessions
- Have the ability to support the Hiring Specialist role and duties as needed
- Support and drive all learning and hiring initiatives for the location
- Assist in acclimating new Team Members to the facility, the qualification process, and other assigned duties.

Requirements:
Education:
- High School graduate or equivalent is required.

Experience:
- Previous training and facilitation experience is preferred.

Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in standard computer applications to include SAP, Workday, etc.
, including
MS Office:
Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Communication Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are required
- Must be able to effectively communicate company policies and procedures during orientation
- Create partnership and maintain professionalism
- Strong understanding of HR policies and Compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable in presenting learning material to large groups.

Special Skills:
- Operations and Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality. Requires attention to detail
- Must be able to work in fast-paced environments with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Demonstrate good attendance and comply with site specific policies
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills
