Maintain subsidiary ledgers and update in Excel for utility consumption and work time distribution in the maintenance department. Manages staff onboarding and assists with recruitment efforts for open positions. Minimum associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent requirement from a two-year college or technical school.
