Your superb written and verbal communication skillswill be key in this position
RESPONSIBILITES OF THE ACCOUNTINGSPECIALIST
The Accounting Specialist will coordinate Agingcommunication with vendors The Accounting Specialist will assistwith verifying AR invoice dates and categorizing Perform ARreconciliations between internal records and 3PL statements PerformAP reconciliations and work with vendors to correct, as neededProcess cash applications and prep vendor payments
EXPERIENCEPREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Must be tech-savvy andcomfortable managing workload remotely Must have AP & AR experienceGreat communication and customer services skills are needed forvendor communications Plus (but not a must): Ability to performIf/Then lookups and create Pivot tables in Excel
