Our client is aleading facilities services organization who has been around for 60years and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to jointhe Accounting team! RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTSPAYABLE COORDINATOR
The Accounts Payable Coordinator will checkand approve all vouchers for payment. Prepare invoice deductionnotices, as necessary. Answer all vendor inquiries. Prepareaccounts payable checks. Print all accounts payable reports andmaintain all accounts payable files. Prepare analysis of accounts,as required. Assist in monthly closings. Assist with accountsreceivable and special projects, as necessary.
EXPERIENCE PREFERREDFOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE
Accounts Payable Attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills At least 6 monthsof relevant experience Solid computer skills INAPR2025
