Theaccounts payable specialist will process high volume invoices,check requests, and expense reports in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure proper coding of invoices and compliance with organizationalpolicies and grant requirements Maintain vendor records, reconcilestatements, and resolve discrepancies The accounts payablespecialist will prepare and process payments via check, ACH, andwire transfers Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities,including accruals and reporting Communicate effectively withvendors and internal departments to address payment-relatedinquiries Support audits by providing documentation and reports asneeded Preferred Qualifications of the
