Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist We are seeking an AccountsReceivable (AR) Specialist to join a dynamic accounting team withina growing organization. This position offers the opportunity tocontribute to critical financial processes while supportinginternal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage andtrack all incoming invoices and receipts Create, verify, andmaintain accurate billing records Ensure timely review, approval,and payment processing of invoices Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers throughout the billing process Monitorand process pre-billing activity Respond promptly andprofessionally to customer inquiries Assist with cross-training andsupport within the accounting department as needed Qualifications1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a relatedaccounting function Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relatedfield preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains)is a plus Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Skills& Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel(data manipulation and accuracy) Exceptional attention to detailand accuracy Strong time management and organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communication Proactive and adaptablein a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
