Accounts Payable Specialist We’re hiring an experienced AccountsPayable Specialist for a thriving manufacturing company. This roleis ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-drivenenvironment and understands the importance of 3-way matching in afast-paced industry. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume A/Pinvoices with accuracy and efficiency Match purchase orders,receipts, and invoices (3-way match) Research and resolve vendordiscrepancies and billing issues Reconcile vendor statements andmaintain accurate records Assist with month-end close and reportingas needed What You Bring 2-4 years of A/P experience, preferably inmanufacturing or inventory-heavy environments Strong knowledge ofthe 3-way matching process Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP,Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Excellent attention to detail andfollow-through Ability to work independently and communicateeffectively across teams Why Join This Team?
