Highlights of the Accounts Payable Specialist position include: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees and their families Year-end bonus Stable organization with over 250 employees Regular team-building events including summer outings, holiday parties, and charitable programs Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist Process approximately 60 vendor invoices per day Match invoices to subcontracts and purchase orders in the ERP system Ensure timely and accurate payment processing Maintain electronic AP records and vendor database Request and track W-9s; prepare and issue 1099s annually Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status Review monthly vendor statements for completeness and accuracy Support additional administrative tasks as needed Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist 3-5 years of accounts payable experience Construction or project-based industry experience preferred Proficiency with ERP systems (Spectrum is a plus) and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills #
