Accounting Clerk TCA Consulting Group Inc. Stamford, CT 06902 6 month contract, could go perm
Responsibilities:
Process reinsurance accounting entries: o review account statement ensuring all required supporting documentation has been received o prepare booking sheet in Excel o process premiums and claims transactions in Sapiens Reinsurance system o process cash allocation activities in Sapiens Reinsurance system
Requirements:
Knowledge and/or experience with reinsurance 3+ years of accounting, reporting or finance experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance preferred Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel knowledge and proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc. Ability to work independently and also be a Team player Organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines Effective communication skills and friendly demeanor
