100% in-office Overview We are seeking a detail-orientedAccounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance department. Thisrole will process, track, and record accounts payable with accuracyand efficiency while maintaining strong working relationships withinternal stakeholders at all levels. The position reports directlyto the Accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities Process vendorinvoices and employee expense reports promptly, ensuring accuratecoding, proper documentation, and appropriate approvals Reconcilecorporate credit card statements and resolve discrepancies Generateweekly check runs and coordinate electronic payment transfersMonitor bank accounts for outgoing wire and EFT activity related toaccounts payable Establish and maintain organized vendor files andpayment records Serve as point of contact for vendors and employeesregarding invoice and payment inquiries Provide support duringfinancial audits and other compliance reviews Contribute to processimprovement initiatives within the finance department Performadditional finance-related duties as assigned QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedfield or minimum one year of direct accounts payable experienceStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention todetail Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment while maintaining accuracy Positive approach tointernal and external stakeholders Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office suite,particularly Excel and Word Experience with accounting softwaresystems preferred This position offers competitive compensation andbenefits.
